Qatar Petrochemical Co. (QAPCO) recently held an award ceremony to honor and recognize employees for their excellent performance in 2010.  

The motivation awards ceremony had the theme; 'Anything is Possible' with a slogan 'Yes we can'; it was organized in compliance with the company’s motivation scheme, which was initiated for improving the staff performance and boosting their motivation and morale. 

In a speech delivered during the function, Dr. Mohammed Yousef Al-Mulla, VC and GM of QAPCO commended the winners of the 2010 motivation scheme, for their devotion, contribution, loyalty and excellent performance throughout the past year. He spoke highly of the company’s performance on both operational and financial levels.  

Award categories included in the ceremony included Vice Chairman & General Manager’s merit awards, best employee Award, Employee Quality Award, Employee Safety Award and Special recognition contribution towards Qatarization. 

Dr. Al-Mulla added that QAPCO initiated such a motivation scheme, aiming at stimulating its employees to make a considerable difference within the company, by continually improving their performance and productivity and to exceed the company’s expectations.
